Service providers

We use Zoho Mail to receive inquiries, Google Apps Script and Google Mail to deliver form notifications, and Cloudflare to host and technically monitor the website and provide DNS, security, caching, Turnstile spam prevention, and privacy-focused web analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website traffic without advertising trackers. We do not use the website to build advertising profiles. Cloudflare Turnstile may store or access information needed to distinguish people from automated traffic. The inquiry form uses a security verification token to protect submissions. We do not store inquiry details in browser storage.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry messages are retained in our business email account for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working for us, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also contact us without using the form.

Security and external links

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ privacy practices.
